These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Workplix's web and mobile applications (the "Service"), provided by Workplix ("Workplix", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization ("Organization"), you represent that you have authority to bind that Organization, and "you" refers to both you and the Organization.
Workplix is a workforce scheduling platform that helps Organizations create and publish shift schedules, manage employee availability, time-off requests, shift swaps, and time tracking. Some features, including an AI scheduling assistant, are offered as part of paid plans.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Organization admins are responsible for managing access for their employees, including removing access when an employee leaves.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with advance notice to Organization admins; continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Purchased AI usage credits do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable.
You retain ownership of the scheduling and employee data you input into the Service. You grant us a license to use that data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information in more detail.
The AI scheduling assistant is provided to help draft shift assignments and answer scheduling questions. It operates within scheduling rules and constraints configured by your Organization, but you remain responsible for reviewing and confirming that any resulting schedule complies with your business needs and applicable law. We do not guarantee the assistant's outputs are error-free.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate, including in scheduling calculations or AI-generated suggestions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workplix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and will notify Organization admins of material changes.
